This was the best course I have taken to date with Genentech. They took feedback from previous courses and really applied it to this course. The activities helped compliment the learning. I enjoyed the back and forth from presentation to workshops and brainstorming with teammates to back to presentation again. It was incredibly well-planned and had a very good flow that kept you engaged throughout. Mike Hargraves, speaker, was amazing. His amazing experiences as a member of a SWAT team and demonstrations to drive home key points regarding the value of teamwork kept the attention and interest of the group throughout the entire day! I really enjoyed the bSWAT presentation and I think was interesting to think about how we can employ some of those tactics. I learned A LOT about the other brands and the specific challenges they are facing. It really made me WANT to help out my GIO teammates in any way I can! I enjoy the X Brand collaboration and I think we should do more of it on a regular basis!

Really liked the concepts and Mike Hargraves was great at inserting very relevant examples to get his point across. A different sort of presentation than I have seen previously and I appreciated the innovative component. Encourages more sharing honestly. I think we assume that the basics are happening in every franchise or that people always share new and innovative ideas and that isn't always the case. This workshop also just encouraged me to reach out to people outside of my franchise- there are so many exceptional people to learn from in this company.

I loved the presentation and also really loved getting time to hear about the other brands and hearing their challenges. I learned that we all have similar challenges and that we can help each other where certain products overlap.
